Business information

Departments and team

Organize departments to route transferred calls to your team.

Departments group people from your team based on their role (e.g. reception, kitchen, administration). The AI assistant uses this list to transfer calls to the right group based on what the customer needs.

Create a department

Click “Add” to create a department. Enter a name (e.g. “Reception”) and a short description that tells the AI what that group handles. Then assign one or more members of your organization: only assigned members will receive calls transferred to that department.

Member management

From any department you can add or remove collaborators. Members must already be part of your organization. To manage team roles and invitations use Management → Team.
