First access

How to create your account, set up your business, and activate the first call handled by yourang.ai.

From account creation to activating your first call, only a few steps are needed. This page walks you through the entire process from start to finish, without skipping anything.

Create your account

  1. 1

Receive the invite or sign up

If your business already has a subscription, you'll receive an invitation email from your manager. Click the link in the email and choose a secure password. If you're starting from scratch, visit the sign-up page and enter your business details.

  2. 2

    Verify your email address

After registering you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the button inside it to activate your account. Check your spam folder too if you don't see it within a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Enter your business details

On first access you'll be asked to complete your organisation profile: business name, address, and main phone number. These details appear in the panel header and are used by the voice assistant to introduce itself to customers.

  4. 4

    Set up your first agent

An agent is the voice assistant assigned to a phone number. Give it a name, choose the response language, and set the initial greeting customers will hear when they call. You can customise it further at any time.

  5. 5

    Upload information about your business

Provide the agent with everything it needs to respond correctly: opening hours, menu or price list, cancellation policies, frequently asked questions. You can upload documents in PDF format or paste the text directly into the panel.

  6. 6

    Connect your phone number

Link your business phone number to the agent. The yourang.ai team will guide you through this technical step: in most cases it's a simple configuration that requires no changes to your existing setup.

  7. 7

    Make a test call

Before going live, call the number from your personal phone to hear how the assistant sounds. Verify the greeting, ask a few typical customer questions, and make sure the answers are correct. If something is off, edit the information you uploaded and run the test again.

Your existing number stays yours

You won't have to change the phone number your customers already know. yourang.ai integrates with your current number, with no migrations or service interruptions.

What to do right after

  • Read the Platform Overview section to learn where to find every feature.
  • Invite the collaborators who need access to the panel: you can assign different roles to each.
  • Turn on email or in-app notifications so you're alerted about relevant calls.
  • Explore the History section to see how transcripts and summaries are displayed.

Support during setup

If you have questions at any step, the yourang.ai support team is reachable via chat from the control panel. Businesses on the professional plan get guided onboarding with a dedicated consultant.
