Pricing and plans

Subscription plans

Comparison of available plans: what each includes and who it's for.

yourang.ai offers multiple plans to suit properties of different sizes. All plans include the complete dashboard, the basic voice assistant features, and access to support; what changes is the included call volume and service level.

How to choose the right plan

  • Estimate call volume. How many calls do you receive on average per month? How long do they last? A property with 100 three-minute calls needs a different plan than one with 1,000 five-minute calls.
  • Consider seasonal peaks. If your business has marked seasonality (summer for coastal hotels, weekends for restaurants), consider a plan with sufficient margin during peak months or use the wallet to cover peaks.
  • Evaluate advanced features. Integrations with management systems, custom criteria, multi-number, multiple departments: these features are available starting from intermediate plans.
  • Think about support. Higher plans include dedicated onboarding, priority support channels, and faster response times. An important choice if you run a business with continuous operational needs.

Always up-to-date pricing

The complete price list, with monthly and annual prices, is visible in the Plan management section of the dashboard. Prices and inclusions may vary over time: in case of changes, active customers are notified in advance.

Annual or monthly?

The annual subscription is more cost-effective than the monthly one for the same plan and gives you certainty of a fixed cost for twelve months. The monthly subscription is more flexible, ideal if you are evaluating the platform or if your business has short-term characteristics. You can switch between the two at any time from the Change plan page.

Promotional codes and discounts

If you have received a promotional code (for example from a partner, a trade show, or our sales team), you can enter it when activating the plan or later from the Plan management section. The discount will be automatically applied to the next renewal.
