Customer directory

Your centralised archive of customers and guests

The customer directory is the centralised archive of everyone who has interacted with your business through yourang.ai. Each entry automatically gathers the information that surfaced during calls, giving you a complete view of every customer without entering anything manually.

What is saved automatically

At the end of every call handled by the voice assistant, yourang.ai updates the customer profile with the relevant information that emerged from the conversation. No manual work is required: the system recognises the caller's number and matches the data to the corresponding profile.

  • First and last name. Detected from the customer's introduction during the call or entered manually.
  • Phone number. Automatically recorded from the caller's number.
  • Date and time of last interaction. Updated with every new call, so you always know when you last heard from the customer.
  • Call summary. A short AI-generated summary with the main points of the conversation.

Returning customers

When a returning customer calls, the assistant can recognise them and personalise the greeting or recall previous information, making the experience more welcoming.

The customer profile

Every contact in the directory has a profile page with all the information collected over time. From here you can review the interaction history, edit the data, and add personal notes.

Name
First and last name of the customer, editable at any time.
Phone
Number used for calls. It can be associated with multiple contacts only if it's a shared line.
Email
Email address, useful for sending confirmations or written communications.
Preferred language
The language the customer prefers to be contacted in. The voice assistant adapts automatically.
Notes
Free field for internal annotations: preferences, special needs, information useful for the staff.
Recent calls
List of the most recent interactions with date, duration, and summary.
Linked bookings
Any history of bookings made through the assistant.
