Communicate with customers via WhatsApp

WhatsApp is the preferred channel for customers to receive confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. yourang.ai sends automatic messages without you doing anything.

How it works

yourang.ai connects to WhatsApp Business via a dedicated number (not your personal number). From this number, the assistant sends messages to your customers according to the rules you configure.

The dedicated number

WhatsApp Business number

yourang.ai uses a dedicated number, not your personal mobile. This number is registered to your business and appears as "Business" in your customers' contacts. You will not be able to use it for personal messages.

Message templates

yourang.ai comes with standard baseline templates (e.g. "Thank you for your booking"). You can customize the text from the settings to add your company tone.

Personalization

Add the name of your hotel or restaurant in messages to make communication more personal.
