Calls

Audio recordings

Listen to or download the audio recording of every call, in compliance with privacy regulations.

yourang.ai keeps the audio recording of every call handled by the voice assistant. You can listen to them directly from the platform or download them to archive them as you wish.

How to listen to a recording

    Open the call history

    Go to the "Calls" section in the sidebar and locate the call you want to listen to again.

    Open the detail panel

    Click the call row to open the side panel with all information for that call.

  3. 3

    Start playback

    In the "Recording" tab you'll find an integrated audio player. Press the Play button to listen to the call. You can pause, fast-forward or rewind at any time.

    Download the file (optional)

    If you need to keep a copy of the file, use the "Download" button next to the player. The file will be saved in standard audio format (MP3) on your device.

Retention and availability

Recordings are stored securely on yourang.ai's servers for a period defined by the active subscription plan. At the end of this period, the files are automatically deleted. You can check the retention period for your plan in your account settings.

Privacy notice

Recording phone conversations is subject to data protection regulations (GDPR). Before activating recording, make sure you have prepared the disclosure for callers and that you comply with the legal requirements in your jurisdiction. yourang.ai is not responsible for failure to comply with regulatory obligations by users.

Audio quality

Recordings are captured at the standard audio quality of telephone networks. Sound clarity also depends on the caller's connection and the environment they were in at the time of the call. In case of background noise or insufficient quality, the text transcript may be more readable than the recording itself.
