Connect your calendar to yourang and the voice assistant will always have up-to-date schedules. Two-way sync: yourang reads the calendar and can add appointments automatically.

Which calendars are supported

• Google Calendar
• Apple Calendar (iCloud)
• Calendly
• Outlook

What you can do

• Check availability. yourang reads the calendar and knows when the next free slot is
• Book automatically. The guest books directly during the call. yourang adds the event to your calendar
• Avoid conflicts. If the calendar is full, yourang communicates this to the customer
• Automatic reminders. yourang can send a message to the customer the day before the reservation

How to connect the calendar

   Access the yourang dashboard

   Go to Integrations > Calendar

   Choose your provider

   Click on Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Calendly, or Outlook

   Authorize yourang

   Log in with your account. yourang will ask for permission to read and modify events

   Choose the target calendar

   Select which calendar yourang should sync (e.g. "Reservations")
