Platform overview

A quick orientation to the main areas of the yourang.ai control panel.

The yourang.ai control panel is organised into thematic sections. This page describes each area and explains what it's for, so you can quickly find what you need without getting lost in navigation.

The areas of the panel

Dashboard
The main screen that appears when you log in. It shows a summary of recent calls, active agents, any pending notifications, and stats for the selected period. It's the starting point for understanding at a glance how the day is going.
Agents
The section dedicated to managing voice assistants. Here you can create new agents, edit greetings and behaviours, upload reference documents, and check the status of each agent (active, paused, on call).
Calls
The archive of every call handled by the platform. For each call you'll find the date, duration, caller's number, full transcript, and automatic summary. You can filter by period, agent, or outcome.
Operators
The section dedicated to managing the human team that can receive transferred calls. You can add operators, set their availability, and define routing rules for when the assistant decides to bring a person in.
Call Center
An advanced feature for managing outbound call campaigns. It lets you schedule contacts to customer lists, set up response rules, and monitor campaign results in real time.
Contacts
The platform's address book. It collects details of customers who have interacted with agents or who were imported manually. Each contact shows the history of associated calls.
Integrations
Here you can connect yourang.ai to the tools you already use: calendars, booking systems, business software. Active integrations let the agent check availability and update information automatically.
Knowledge base
The repository of information that agents consult to reply. You can upload documents, paste free text, and structure FAQs. The more complete and up to date it is, the more accurate the assistant's answers.
Settings
General organisation settings: business details, user and role management, notification preferences, subscription plan, and billing.

Roles and access

yourang.ai offers three access levels for the staff of your business: the Owner has full access to all features including subscription settings; the Admin can manage agents, calls, and operators but cannot access billing; the Member can review call history and transcripts but cannot edit agent configuration.

Start with the Agents section

If you've just finished initial setup, the most useful next step is to explore the Agents section to further customise your voice assistant's behaviour.

Main navigation lives in the left sidebar of the panel. On mobile devices the sidebar is accessed via the three-line button at the top left. All sections are reachable with a single click, with no hidden submenus.
