How to contact the yourang.ai team, availability hours, and response times.

The yourang.ai support team is available to help you at every stage: from initial configuration to resolving technical problems. Choose the channel that best suits your needs.

Contact channels

  • Email. Write to info@yourang.ai for non-urgent requests, reports, or configuration questions. You'll receive a response within 24 business hours (within 4 hours for Business plans and above).
  • Chat in the dashboard. The integrated chat is the fastest way to receive assistance. Available directly from the dashboard, it puts you in touch with the team in real time during support hours.
  • Help Center. The Help Center collects articles, step-by-step guides, and video tutorials for the most common operations. It is always accessible, even outside support hours, at widget.spoki.com/wd/fb1ab6f6-0379-4dd4-8b82-41efe829df34/.
  • Onboarding session. If you have just activated yourang.ai or wish a personalized configuration guide, you can request an onboarding session with a team member. The session is included in Business plans and can be purchased separately for basic plans.

Hours and response times

  • Chat support: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 (CET)
  • Email support: response within 24 business hours (Standard plans); within 4 business hours (Business plans and above)
  • Help Center: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Technical emergencies: for Business plans a direct number is available, communicated at the time of activation

Before contacting us

Consult the Help Center and the Frequently asked questions: many requests find an immediate answer in the already available guides, without having to wait for support response times.

How to report a problem

To speed up resolution, when contacting support include: the name of your property, a description of the problem, the moment it occurred, and, if available, the identifier of the call or operation involved. You can find this data directly in the dashboard, in the section dedicated to activity history.
