An always-on AI guide inside yourang.ai that understands your requests in plain language and helps you use the platform.

The dashboard assistant is a conversational AI built into yourang.ai. It is not the voice agent that talks to your customers on the phone — it is your personal assistant inside the dashboard, always ready to help you configure, understand and analyze your business on yourang.ai.

What it is for

Think of the assistant as a colleague who knows yourang.ai inside out. You can ask it to show yesterday's calls, explain what a button is for, add a contact, update your business hours, or take you directly to the page where you can edit your voice agent's instructions. All in your language, just by typing the way you speak.

Walks you through the dashboard
It opens the right page for you. No more digging through menus and submenus.
Explains every option
If you see a control you don't recognise, just ask: it answers citing the official documentation.
Reads your data on the fly
Calls, contacts, KPIs, agents, FAQs: it summarises the information in one sentence, no tables to read.
Makes small changes
Add a contact, a FAQ, update hours: it always asks for confirmation before touching your data.

Where to find it

The assistant is available from any dashboard page. Look for the sparkle icon in the top bar, next to the page title; clicking it opens a chat panel on the right side, alongside your content without hiding it. On mobile it takes over the full screen.

Beta feature

The assistant is in beta: we keep improving it week after week. If you notice a wrong answer, tell us — every piece of feedback helps make it sharper.

What sets it apart from a generic chatbot

  • It knows your business. It sees only your data and uses it to answer. When you ask "how many calls did I get yesterday?", the number is real, not a guess.
  • It knows where you are. It knows which page you are looking at. If you are on an agent's detail page and write "change the prompt", it understands which agent you mean without you having to spell it out.
  • It only talks about yourang.ai. It is not a general-purpose assistant: it doesn't drift off-topic. If you ask it for a recipe or tax advice, it politely steers you back to the dashboard.
  • It asks before changing anything. Before changing your data it shows you a summary of the change and waits for your OK.
