Security and privacy

Protect your account and your customers' data

Security and privacy are priorities in yourang.ai. Here you can configure two-factor authentication, monitor active sessions, view the access log, and manage call privacy settings.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to the password, you will be asked for a unique code generated by an app on your smartphone.

Protect your account

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, especially for accounts with Owner or Administrator role. It drastically reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

You can enable 2FA directly from the security settings. We support apps like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.

Active sessions

A list of all active sessions shows where and when your account has been used. Each session includes the device, browser, and approximate location.

If you notice a suspicious access, you can terminate it immediately. End all sessions except the current one if you suspect your password has been compromised.

Access log

A detailed log tracks all accesses to your account over the past 90 days. You can view the time, device, browser, and status of each access attempt.

Call privacy

yourang.ai respects your customers' privacy. Call audio recordings are encrypted and stored according to data protection laws.

  • Recordings are encrypted end-to-end
  • You can configure how long to retain recordings (30, 60, 90 days or indefinitely)
  • Automatic transcripts are stored separately from the audio recording
  • You can manually delete a specific recording at any time

Make sure to inform your customers that their calls may be recorded, as required by privacy laws in many jurisdictions.
