Changing, suspending, or cancelling the plan
How to move to a higher or lower plan, pause the subscription, or cancel the service.
Needs change: a property grows, a business transforms, a season ends. yourang.ai lets you adapt the plan flexibly, with clear rules on activation, charges, and timing.
Moving to a higher plan (upgrade)
When you move to a higher plan, the change is immediate: the new plan activates right away and the additional features are available within minutes. The charge is calculated proportionally to the days remaining in the current cycle, so you only pay the difference for the remaining period. From the next cycle, the subscription will be renewed at the full price of the new plan.
Moving to a lower plan (downgrade)
Downgrade is available, but takes effect only from the next billing cycle: the current plan remains active until expiration, after which the new one starts. This avoids service disruption during the month and allows you to complete any operational commitments on the higher plan.
Pausing the subscription
For seasonal businesses (summer restaurants, properties open only on weekends), yourang.ai offers the possibility to suspend the subscription for a defined period. During the pause the assistant does not receive calls and no fee is charged. Resuming is immediate: from the Plan management page simply click Reactivate.
Cancelling the service
Cancellation is available at any time from the Plan management page. The service remains active until the end of the already paid cycle, after which the account is set to inactive. All data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate the service without losing configurations. After this period, data is archived as per the retention policy.
Need consulting?
If you are not sure which plan is the most suitable, if you have an atypical call volume, or if you are looking for a multi-property enterprise solution, contact the sales team from the panel chat. A short conversation is often worth more than hours of calculations.
