What the yourang.ai call center does

Difference between AI dialer, human operators, and mixed flows.

The Call center module extends yourang.ai with tools designed to make outbound calls at scale: callback campaigns, surveys, telephone sales. It works alone with AI or alongside human operators.

Difference from the standard voice assistant

The standard voice assistant handles one call at a time, reactive to incoming traffic or to a few single outbound calls. The call center is designed for waves of calls: hundreds or thousands of numbers to contact, with list management, calling pace, automatic retries, and structured outcomes.

Three operating modes

  • Pure AI. The AI agent runs the entire call autonomously. Suitable for campaigns with a precise script: reminders, confirmations, multiple-choice surveys.
  • AI with escalation. The AI starts alone, but when it detects interest or complex requests, it hands the call to an available human operator. Maximizes managed volume while maintaining quality on the conversations that matter.
  • Operator with AI assistant. The human operator runs the call, but the AI provides real-time data on the customer, response suggestions, and automatic outcome recording. Speeds up the work without removing the human touch.

Start from a single mode

Don't try to configure all three from day one. Choose the one most aligned with your current campaign, run a first wave of tests, then possibly complicate the setup.
