What it handles autonomously

  • Availability and rates. Checks available rooms for the requested dates in real time and communicates up-to-date rates, including seasonal offers or special packages.
  • Direct bookings. Collects the required information (dates, number of guests, room type) and starts the booking process, confirming the details with the caller.
  • Check-in and check-out. Provides information about arrival and departure times, early or late check-in procedures, and key handover arrangements.
  • Directions and transport. Provides instructions for reaching the property, information on parking, shuttle services, and nearby public transport.
  • Property services. Describes the restaurant, spa, pool, gym, room service, and any other service configured in the knowledge base.

When it transfers to reception

yourang.ai automatically recognizes situations that require the presence of a human operator and transfers the call seamlessly, informing the caller of the handover.
