Voice models

Available voices, languages, styles, and how to test them before making your choice active.

Your assistant's voice is the first thing the customer perceives: even before content, what counts is how it sounds. That's why yourang.ai offers a catalogue of voices selected for variety of timbre, language, and use case.

Voice model categories

  • Standard voices. Clear, well-articulated voices suitable for most use cases. Great for informational calls, booking confirmations, and handling simple requests. They have the lowest per-minute cost.
  • Premium voices. Next-generation models with intonation, pauses, and micro-hesitations that bring them very close to a human voice. Ideal for businesses that want to convey a high-quality image (boutique hotels, gourmet restaurants, wellness centres).
  • Multi-language voices. Some models can switch fluidly between multiple languages within the same conversation, without changing timbre. They are the natural choice for businesses with a very international customer base.

How to choose the right voice

  1. 1

    Think about your brand

The voice conveys the tone of your business. A warm, welcoming voice for a B&B, a composed, professional voice for a business hotel, an energetic voice for an informal venue.

  2. 2

    Listen to the previews

From the Voices and Language page you can hear a sample of each voice with a standard script. Compare them, even on a smartphone, because that's where your customers will hear them.

  3. 3

    Check the languages

If you expect foreign customers, listen to how the voice pronounces phrases in English, French, or German. A beautiful Italian voice with an embarrassing English pronunciation should be ruled out.

  4. 4

    Test in the Playground

Run a full conversation in the Playground with the candidate voice, simulating typical customer requests. Only then will the real nuances emerge.

Consistency over time

Once you choose a voice, avoid changing it often: returning customers recognise it and associate it with your business. Only switch when you have a concrete reason: a higher-quality voice, a new language, or a brand repositioning.

Supported languages

The yourang.ai catalogue supports Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish. For each language multiple voices are available so you can choose the timbre most suited to your customer base. Language coverage is expanded regularly: check the Voices and Language page in the panel for the up-to-date list.

Customisations

On some models you can adjust parameters such as speaking speed, intonation, and style (more informal or more professional). These settings are configured from the Voices and Language page and apply to all calls handled by the agent. For enterprise businesses, creating a dedicated custom voice is an option: contact the commercial team for details.
