Transcripts and summaries
Read the full text of the conversation or check the AI-generated summary for each call.
For every call handled by yourang.ai two complementary tools are available: the full transcript and the automatic summary. Together they let you quickly understand what happened during a call without having to listen to the entire recording.
Transcript and summary: which to use
The transcript is a verbatim record of the conversation: every word said by the assistant and by the caller is reported in chronological order, with the speaker indicated. It's useful when you need to verify a precise detail, such as an arrival date communicated by the customer or a specific request.
The summary is, instead, a synthesis automatically generated by the AI at the end of the call. In a few lines it describes the main topic, the information collected, and any actions required. It's the ideal starting point to grasp the content of a call in seconds.
Example of a summary
“The caller requested information about the availability of a double room for the weekend of June 14–16. The assistant checked availability and provided the price for the requested period (€180 per night). The caller asked to be contacted again to confirm the booking. No booking was finalised during the call.”
How to read the transcript
The transcript is laid out as a dialogue: each turn is introduced by the speaker's role (Assistant or Caller) and the corresponding timestamp. You can scroll through the text or use the browser's search function to find a specific keyword inside the conversation.
