Dashboard Assistant

Plans and usage limits

beta

Which plans include the assistant, how the monthly consumption works, and what happens when you approach the limit.

The dashboard assistant is included with the higher tiers of yourang.ai. It has a monthly consumption cap per company, designed to cover regular team usage without surprises.

Plans that include the assistant

The assistant is available starting from the Pro plan. On a basic plan you can open the chat but you will see a window inviting you to upgrade to Pro, Plus or Enterprise. Plan changes are made from the Plans and pricing section.

  • Plus and Plus Trial — monthly allowance for regular use
  • Enterprise and Enterprise Trial — larger allowance, fit for teams using the assistant daily
  • Flat — highest allowance, designed for continuous intensive use

Configurable quotas

The exact quotas of each plan may be customised by the reseller. To find out the quota associated with your plan you can always open the assistant panel and check the usage indicator, or contact support.

How consumption works

The assistant is based on a language model. Every question you ask and every reply you get consume a small amount of "tokens": think of tokens as syllables or word pieces. A short message uses very little, a long request with a detailed summary uses more. The dashboard tracks the sum of consumption for the current month for your organisation.

  • The count is per organisation, not per user: the whole team shares the same allowance.
  • The count resets at the beginning of each month.
  • Read-only requests ("how many calls did I get?") consume less than requests that require many searches or long summaries.

What happens near the limit

  1. 1

    Usage indicator

The assistant panel always shows how much you've used and how much is left for the current month.

  2. 2

    Warnings before the cap

When you get close to the quota, the assistant warns you, so you can choose to slow down or move to a higher plan.

  3. 3

    Over the limit

If your plan allows it, consumption beyond the quota is charged to your organisation's wallet in small fixed increments. If the wallet is empty or the charge is not enabled, the assistant pauses until the next month.

  4. 4

    Automatic reset

On the first day of the following month the counter restarts from zero and the assistant is fully available again.

Tips to save consumption

  • Be specific: "completed calls yesterday" uses less than "tell me everything that happened yesterday".
  • When done, close the current conversation and start a new one for the next topic: the assistant won't carry useless context around.
  • For deeper analysis, use the assistant to spot interesting items, then open them directly from the dedicated pages: it's faster and cheaper.

Need more quota?

If your business grows and the assistant becomes your team's main tool, consider moving to a higher plan or contact support: in some cases we can configure a custom quota.
