Management

Team and roles

Invite your colleagues and manage permissions

yourang.ai is designed to be used by multiple people in your organization. Here you can invite colleagues, assign them specific roles, and manage their access permissions.

Roles and permissions

Each team member has a role that defines which actions they can perform in yourang.ai. Roles are structured hierarchically, from most restrictive to most permissive.

Owner
Has total control of the account. Can modify organization data, manage the team, access billing, and modify security settings. Should be assigned only to the holder of legal responsibility.
Administrator
Has almost all the Owner's permissions, except billing management and account deletion. Ideal for the internal yourang.ai manager.
Member
Limited access to operational features. Can view contacts, campaigns, manage operators, and monitor calls, but cannot modify critical organization settings.

Inviting colleagues to the team

An invitation is the first step to adding a new member to your team. The process is fast and intuitive.

  1. 1

    Go to the Team section

Access the organization settings and select the Team and roles tab.

  2. 2

    Click on "Invite member"

A form will ask you to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.

  3. 3

    Select the role

Choose which role you wish to assign to the new member. Remember that you can always change it later.

  4. 4

    Send the invitation

The person will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and complete registration. The invitation remains valid for 7 days.

Managing the team

In the list of team members you can view the status of each person, the assigned role, and the date of last access. From here you can modify roles, temporarily deactivate a member, or remove them completely.

Role management

If a colleague changes responsibilities, you can update their role at any time without losing data or access to the projects they are working on.
