Configure automatic confirmation and pre-arrival reminder communications
yourang.ai automatically sends booking confirmations and pre-arrival reminders to your customers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can customise the message content to match the tone and style of your business.
Automatic booking confirmations
When a customer makes a booking through the yourang.ai voice assistant, they automatically receive a confirmation message with the booking details, time, location, and instructions on how to change or cancel if needed.
Available communication channels
- Email. Full format with all details. Ideal for structured, non-urgent information.
- SMS. Short and direct, perfect for immediate confirmations. Ensures high visibility.
- WhatsApp. Personal and conversational, with support for attachments and images. Enables easy follow-up.
Pre-arrival reminders
- Sent 24 hours before the reservation, contains all essential details
- Customisable to include information about the property (parking, access, contacts)
- Offers the customer the option to change or cancel with a single tap/click
Customising the content
yourang.ai lets you customise the content of every message while keeping the technical data required. You can add your logo, business name, specific instructions, and even offers or promotions.
Open the communication settings
Go to Reservations > Confirmations and reminders in the control panel.
Configure the channels
Choose which channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to use for confirmations and reminders.
Customise the templates
Edit the message text, add your logo and the information for your business.
Set the timing
Define when reminders should be sent (24h before, 2h before, etc.).
Verify and activate
Test the messages and activate them once you're satisfied.
