Wallet and credits

How the prepaid wallet works, how to top it up, and how to enable automatic top-up.

The wallet is a prepaid balance that yourang.ai draws from to cover consumption exceeding the minutes included in the plan. It works like a prepaid card: you top up when you want, see the balance in real time, pay only for what you use.

How it works

  1. 1

    Use the included minutes

Each plan includes a monthly minute quota. Calls handled by the assistant are deducted from this quota first.

  2. 2

When the quota runs out, it draws from the wallet

Additional minutes are paid through the wallet balance, at the per-minute rate of your plan.

  3. 3

    Top up whenever you want

You can top up manually with amounts of your choice or enable automatic top-up to never run out.

Manual top-up

From the Payments page you can start a top-up by selecting a preset amount or entering a custom one. The transaction happens with the already registered payment method (card or bank transfer) and the balance updates within seconds. You'll receive the invoice via email once the transaction completes.

Automatic top-up (auto-topup)

Auto-topup refills the wallet automatically when the balance drops below a threshold you set. You indicate two values: the activation threshold (for example, top up when below 20 EUR) and the amount to top up (for example, 100 EUR). From that moment yourang.ai takes care of keeping the balance always active.

Why enable it

Auto-topup protects you from the risk of service interruption: without available credit, incoming calls exceeding the plan cannot be handled by the assistant. For businesses that rely on the assistant as a front line, it's practically essential.

Transparency and transaction history

Every wallet movement is tracked: top-ups, consumption deductions, any refunds. You can consult the complete history from the Wallet history page, filter by date or type of operation, and export the data to CSV for accounting.

Refunds and unused balances

The wallet balance does not expire. If you decide to interrupt the subscription, the remaining credit remains usable as long as the account is active. For refund requests of unused balance, contact the support team: refund conditions follow the plan's contractual terms.
