Notifications

Configure how you receive updates

Notifications keep you informed about what happens in yourang.ai. You can configure how, when, and for which type of event you receive notifications, even differentiating preferences for each team member.

Notification channels

yourang.ai supports different channels for sending you notifications. You can choose which channel you prefer for each type of event.

  • Email. Receive notifications directly in your inbox. Perfect for important updates you want to read at your leisure.
  • Push. Instant notifications in the browser or mobile app. Ideal for urgent events requiring immediate attention.
  • Slack. If you use Slack, you can receive notifications directly in a dedicated channel. Keeps the whole team aligned.

Notifiable events

Not all events generate notifications. Here you can choose exactly which situations you want to monitor.

  • A new call campaign has been completed
  • An operator is unavailable for a long period
  • An error occurred during the execution of a campaign
  • An invoice has been issued
  • A new member has been added to the team
  • The plan usage quota is about to be exceeded
  • A contact has left important feedback

Team preferences

Each team member can configure their own notification preferences independently. This means your sales director might want notifications on new campaigns, while your IT manager might prefer only error alerts.

Individual preferences

Notification preferences are personal and do not affect other team members. Each person controls their own communication flow from yourang.ai.

To configure preferences, each member must access their own "My notifications" section in personal settings and select which events to monitor and on which channels to receive updates.
